Alaska
The photographs in this gallery were taken during our second trip to Alaska. This trip was in September of 2006. We find that the middle of September, right at the end of the season, is the best time to visit Alaska. The bugs are gone, most of the crowds are gone, the animals are trying to get ready for winter, and much of the landscape is wearing its best fall foliage..

Antarctica
This gallery contains photographs taken during a cruise in Feb-Mar of 2008. The gallery contains photographs from Buenos Aires, The Falkland Islands, the Antarctic Peninsula, and the Beagle Channel in extreme southern South America. During this trip we experienced very cold (below 0 degrees F) temperatures even though it was their summer. Antarctica is like Alaska on steroids.

Bryce & Zion
During a business triip in the spring of 2008 we were able to work in time in both of these parks in Utah. A few of the photographs were taken in Red Rock Canyon in Nevada. On this trip we went from over 100 degree days to below zero with the wind chill. But the scenery was magnificent.

Dubrovnik
In 2003 we had the opportunity to visit the town of Dubrovnick, Croatia, one of the most prominent tourist destinations on the Adriatic Sea. This maritime city was founded in the 7th century. We were only able to spend a few hours in this picturesque town.

England
In March of 2004 we spent 1 1/2 weeks in England. This gallery contains only a small sampling of the photos from that trip.
